These terms govern how Pioneers, mentors, and admins use EduChain across learning, payments, community participation, and reward qualification.

By using EduChain, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to learners, mentors, community participants, and admins who access EduChain through the web app or Pi Browser.
EduChain provides Pi-focused learning content, quizzes, progress tracking, mentor booking, community participation, study circles, community challenges, and reward-review workflows. EduChain may change, suspend, or remove features at any time.
When you sign in with Pi, EduChain may use your Pi username and available Pi profile picture as your account identity inside the app. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping any linked sign-in methods secure.
Mentor booking payments and any future app-related Pi transactions are processed through Pi Network tooling. EduChain records transaction status, payment IDs, and related booking metadata, but blockchain confirmation and wallet authorization depend on Pi Network services and your wallet actions.
EduChain rewards are qualification-based and intentionally modest. Completing lessons, quizzes, community activity, and mentor milestones may qualify a Pioneer for reward review, but qualification does not guarantee immediate payout. Reward claims may be approved, rejected, delayed, or marked distributed only after admin review.
You may not post unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or spam content. EduChain may moderate, hide, flag, or remove posts and replies, and may suspend access to community features if community rules are violated.
EduChain retains rights in the platform, learning structure, branding, and original app content unless otherwise stated. You retain rights in content you submit, but you grant EduChain a non-exclusive license to display, store, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate the platform.
EduChain is an educational platform. It does not guarantee earnings, token appreciation, app approval, mentor results, certification outcomes, or any financial result from using Pi Network or related tools.
EduChain may depend on Pi Network services, Firebase, hosting providers, and other third-party services. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, moderation actions, or technical failures. EduChain is provided on an as-available basis.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, EduChain and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including wallet issues, payment failures, content moderation outcomes, or lost data.
EduChain may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if platform safety requires it, or if the platform is discontinued. You may stop using EduChain at any time.
EduChain may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
